First stage of application process – Short Application

You will receive an e-mail

After you have finished the online registration process on the application platform. Please always check your spam folder as your provider might recognize it as Spam. When you receive the registration email, please follow the instructions in the mail.
After you have submitted your short application during the first application stage. If you do not receive a confirmation email that we have received your short application, please first check your spam folder. If you cannot find the confirmation mail, please get back to us.
If a random selection procedure is required in spheres where the number of short applications exceeds the limit, we will notify you by email once the process is complete. You will either receive an invitation to the second stage of the application process or a rejection notice. Again, please make sure that you check your Spam folder.

Second stage of application process

You will only receive additional e-mails if you have been invited to the second stage of the application process.

Once you have successfully submitted your questionnaire and uploaded your work samples in the second stage, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that we have received your application. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us at apply@akademie-solitude.de. It could mean that during the submission process there was a problem with the Execution Upload Time due to instable connections or server problems on your side.
In your submission confirmation you will receive an overview of your application with all details, including your uploaded PDF.
After your application has been checked and approved or rejected by us. This might take up to five or six months.
